While many all-electric vehicles offer lackluster performance, the new Cadillac Lyriq is in a class of its own. When engaged, you will unleash a near-instantaneous 325 lb-ft of torque and a blistering 340 HP. Providing a full-electric rush, the Lyric elevates handling and traction with both a Rear-Wheel Drive drivetrain as well as the robust Performance All-Wheel-Drive model. Although the acceleration and performance of the Lyriq are impressive, it elevates battery performance to new heights with over a 300-mile expected range of a fully-charged battery. The Lyriq will offer an at-home AC charger that charges up to 19.2 kW. The DC fast-charging option for public capability boasts up to 190 kW.
The Cadillac Lyriq's new Ultium Battery Platform is a key structural element of the chassis. This state-of-the-art architecture creates an almost perfect 50/50 rear-to-front weight distribution of the all-electric vehicle. At the same time, the Ultium architecture empowers the Lyriq to deliver world-class performance at every turn thanks to a lower center of gravity.
